Beck serves as Executive Vice President, National Director of Broker Operations at Astrus, where she is responsible for leading the national broker strategy and implementing growth initiatives that drive operational excellence. Beck is widely recognized across the industry for her ability to structure high-performing teams that meet the ever-evolving demands of the construction industry with resilient, client-focused solutions.

As a leading innovator in construction with over 30 years of insurance industry experience, Beck strategically leverages her business acumen and broker engagement capabilities to deliver high-impact risk management services. Prior to joining Astrus, Beck served as the National Construction Practice Leader and Head of Industry Verticals for a leading insurance brokerage firm, where she identified and implemented critical business development opportunities across the entire enterprise.

Beck was named a Risk & Insurance Power Broker in 2015, 2016 and 2018 as well as a 2020 Woman to Watch by Business Insurance. She was named to the Insurance Business America Hot 100 in 2024 and 2025 and Elite Women in 2023. Beck was additionally recognized as the 2024 Insurance Professional of the Year by the New York City Association of Insurance Women.
